The only time Electric Web Designs charges by the hour is after your design has entered into a written agreement of how your web site should look and then you decide you want things differently. If it has already been developed the way you requested on the agreement, then an hourly rate is figured for the amount of time needed to make those changes. If you request a change and that part of the site has not been developed yet, then there is no extra fee. Lucky you!
